Nobody went to bed early. There was always a chai stall still open, a plate of something hot on the table, and a circle of people who had run out of reasons to go home. The gossip got louder as the night got later. The food kept coming.
- The move
Then we came to the USA and went looking for that feeling. The late night hangout, the roadside plate, the noise of a street that is still awake at midnight. We found good food. We never found the vibe.
- So we built it
If nobody was going to bring that night here, we would. One trailer, a short menu we are proud of, and a window where the conversation is always welcome. Pull up a chair. Mamu will bring the chai.
